APPEALS
If you have submitted an application and it has been refused, the immigration authorities will send you a refusal letter. The letter will give you the reasons for refusals and, if you have the right to make an appeal, the date by which you have to make an appeal. We can review the letter together and advise you whether you can appeal or ask for an administrative or judicial review. If you decide to appeal, we will tell you what the chances of success will be.
The process can take quite a long time. First we have to apply for permission to appeal. If permission is granted, we wait to receive Notice of Hearing from the Tribunal.
You can instruct us to represent you at some or all of the stages of the appeals process, from assessing the merits of your case, through to preparing the appeal ready for the Tribunal Hearing and representation by a barrister at the Hearing.
Our fees are set according to how much work you want us to do.
