Mr Saleh Ali Alnoud LLB LLM has been a practicing solicitor since 2007. He has worked as an immigration advisor in all areas of immigration law and has particular expertise in detained Immigration Law.
Miss Abtisam Mohammed LLB MA has been a practicing solicitor since 2011. She is accredited by the Law Society to provide and supervise Immigration and Asylum Law legal services. She was authorized by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to provide Immigration Law advice in a community advice centre for a number of years before undertaking her legal training.
Saleh Alnoud and Abtisam Mohamed are qualified to supervise each other for the purposes of the relevant rules of the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

We aim to provide the best possible advice and service to meet your individual needs, to keep you up to date with what is happening with your case, contact you if we need any more information and explain the reason for any delays. We aim to provide an excellent service but in the event you are unhappy, the first step is to contact our Complaints Manager.
Making a complaint
You can contact our Complaints Manager Saleh Alnoud by telephone on 0114 2792872 or email on salnoud@craterlaw.co.uk. We will contact you by telephone or meet with you to discuss and hopefully resolve the problem. We will send you a written summary of the discussion within 7 working days of the meeting occurring. If we need more time to try to resolve the problem, we will tell you and explain why. We always aim to resolve any complaint within eight weeks from when it was made, and sooner if possible.
